I have just finished an HND at Met College, Glasgow. Over the past 3 years I have learned the Adobe CS3 package which consists of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash and Dreamweaver. I design a number of different items that range from business cards, posters, party invites, web designs, animations and magazines. Send me an email if you are interested in anything. Freelance or Job | | Graphic Design Portfolio Sample 1 | Creating a Art and Design Magazine using essay articles that I had written on two different design companies. The main design aspect was to use typography so i decided on using a newspaper as the main inspiration since it is associated with a lot of type. I used mainly InDesign, photoshop and Illustrator. |  | | Graphic Design Portfolio Sample 2 | This is the first double page spread where I inserted my essay on a design company named Tangent in Glasgow. The background is a crumpled newspaper which I lit on fire to get a nice effect and rougher texture. The other two double page spread is shown on my website and they were created in InDesign. |  | | Graphic Design Portfolio Sample 3 | This was to promote my friends first big gig from returning from America. Usually he is associated with Jazz so most of his old design work has been old and over used so i decided on a more fresh and colourful design. I used rough brown paper, bubble wrap and ripped up paper which I printed on for the background. i used mainly Photoshop and Illustrator here. |  | | Graphic Design Portfolio Sample 4 | This was to promote Healthy Eating in the U.K. I decided on trying to make the design as simple as possible like it was Organic. I used a Saul Bass influence as to not over complicate anything and used hand drawings and text to create the rough and bright look. I used strong colours so it will catch people's eyes and also associate bright colours with healthy food. I mostly used drawings and cut out text and put it together in Illustrator |  | | | Return to list of designers
